Comp Cards are used to highlight the best of your work as a makeup artist.
They are used to leave behind after important meetings, marketing tools, and mailers.
The purpose of a comp card is to highlight your best work and hopefully peak
the interest of decision makers to view your full portfolio and hire you.
They usually come in sizes 4" by 6" or larger the most common size is 8.5" by 5.5"

Tear sheets are literally a sheet or page you can "tear out" of a magazine that you did makeup for
either a campaign or an editorial. Usually you are also credited on the page.
